ResiConcierge Privacy Policy
How ResiConcierge handles your information.
Llaps Digital does not collect any personal information from you. ResiConcierge runs on your device and stores your records in your own iCloud account. We operate no servers that receive, hold or process your data. The one exception is advertising: ResiConcierge shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, and Google collects data directly, on its own behalf. That is described in full below.
Introduction
ResiConcierge is an iOS app published by Llaps Digital for managing residents and property records, including units, tenants, leases, move-in and move-out logs, parking and access assignments. This policy explains what happens to information when you use it. It applies to the ResiConcierge app only; each of our other apps has its own policy, linked from our app list.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information from you. ResiConcierge has no account system of ours, no login to a service we run, and no telemetry. We do not use analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, attribution services or advertising identifiers on our own behalf. We cannot see how you use the app, and we receive no copy of what you put into it.
The Data You Create in the App
The records you enter — the people, places, tasks, documents, photos and notes that make up your site's operations — are written to storage on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, they are also stored in your own iCloud account and synchronised to your other devices and to the devices of people you share with, using Apple's CloudKit.
That data is held under your Apple Account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and iCloud terms. Llaps Digital has no access to it, cannot read it, and cannot recover it for you. If you delete it and have no backup, it is gone.
You are responsible for the content you enter. If you record information about other people — residents, staff, contractors — you are the party deciding to do so, and it is for you to have whatever legal basis or consent your jurisdiction requires.
Device Permissions
ResiConcierge asks for a device permission only at the point a feature needs it, and the feature is simply unavailable if you decline. Depending on what you use, that may include the camera (photos and barcode or QR scanning), the photo library, location, and notifications. Anything captured this way is stored with your records as described above and is not transmitted to us.
Information Collected by Third Parties: Advertising
ResiConcierge displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect information directly from your device, including advertising identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, coarse location, and data about your interaction with the ads shown. This collection is performed by Google, not by Llaps Digital, and we receive none of that data in an identifiable form.
On iOS, if you are asked for permission to track and you decline, the identifier for advertisers is not made available and you will see less relevant ads rather than fewer ads.
Your Choices About Advertising
- Remove Ads. ResiConcierge offers a subscription that turns advertising off entirely. While it is active, no ad is requested and no ad SDK call is made.
- iOS tracking permission. Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, where you can withdraw permission at any time.
- Google's own controls. Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and Google Ads Settings.
Data Retention
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Your records remain on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete them or delete the app. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's own retention policies.
Security
Your data is protected by the security of your device and of your Apple Account: device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, full-device encryption, and iCloud's own protections. We recommend keeping iOS up to date, using a device passcode, and enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple Account.
Because we hold no copy of your data, there is no database of ours that can be breached to expose it.
Children's Privacy
ResiConcierge is a tool for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — we do not knowingly collect information from anyone. Third-party advertising is subject to Google's own policies.
Your Rights
Rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data are exercised against whoever holds it. We hold none of yours, so there is nothing for us to produce or delete. Your data is in your own iCloud account, under your control, and can be exported or deleted from within the app and from your Apple Account.

International Users
ResiConcierge processes your records on your device. Where they are stored in iCloud, the location of that storage is determined by Apple. Google may transfer advertising data internationally under its own policies.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use ResiConcierge after a change means you accept the updated policy.
